So what differentiates “Car and Leisure Credit” and “Private Loan” for? Here we thought about going through some differences in the terms they go through on their website.
“Car and Leisure Credit” is a car loan where you leave the car as collateral for the loan. A private loan is a loan without collateral, that is, you lend to the car without leaving the car as collateral for the loan. If we look at the interest rate they are in between, “Car and Leisure Credit” is at 5.00% (regular price) at the time of writing.
For private loans, the interest rate at the time of writing is 8.05% (regular price). Regardless of when you read this and what the interest rate is then we can almost promise that it will always differentiate between them. Leaving something in collateral for a loan means that the bank takes less risk and thus does not have to pay as much. But what are the other differences between these two car loans at Loan and Credit?
The following applies to car and leisure credit when purchasing a car
- The merchant must be a professional supplier (not a private person).
- Claudine at least 20 percent of the car price.
- The minimum credit amount is USD 100,000 (that is, the item costs at least USD 125,000 when Claudineen is 20%)
- The item must be fully insured during the credit period.
- At the end of the credit period, the item may not exceed 15 years.
- The longest credit period is 8 years.
