The Harvest Fest in Buhl is back. This year there will be tons of fun, food, events and activities for the kids. I’ve never trod a grape before, but I imagine it’s a relief from the tension.
When and where?
The Harvest Festival and Grape Stomp will take place on Saturday October 9 from noon to 8 p.m. All you have to do to attend is head to Holesinsky Winery at 1498 Valley Steppe Dr in Buhl. Looks like it’s gonna be a ton of fun.
Events that happen
You can literally go and smell the grapes between your toes. You can trample the grapes which will eventually turn into wine, I imagine. There will also be live music by Aaron Golay, vendors and activities for the kids. If you bring the kids, they can enjoy a bouncy house and pumpkin painting. In addition, children are free.
There will be an El Matador food truck serving dinner options. Sweet T’s Cupcakes will serve as dessert and Evans Farmstead Cheese will bring new cheeses to try. Not to mention that there will of course be wine and beer to drink.
It’s $ 20 per person but kids are free. With that $ 20, you get an entree, a glass of wine, and an entree in a draw for a wine basket they are giving away. Tickets are only available at the door. You can also bring a designated driver, stay safe there.
